Dear valued customer,
As you likely have seen by now, we have upgraded our Vipers with a much higher
hashrate!
Some concessions have had to be made to achieve this, please see the e-mail
announcement or look at our website for all the information.
As per last time when the hashrate was higher than at pre-order, we are now
sending you an updated invoice that you can keep for your records.
You can consider previous invoices as void, or you can consider this one as
paid should you already have paid the previous invoice.
Please keep in mind that despite the much higher hashrate, we are still on
track for the promised shipping date.
We would also like to give you a quick update regarding the WebGUI. After your
feedback and considering the substantial work we have put into it we have
decided to include it.
We hope to make it available at launch, however it is possible it will not be
included in which case it will be patched in shortly after, through a firmware
update. Some changes have to be made to the WebGUI in order for the software to
work with the new miner specifications, which we wish to thoroughly test: hence
the potential delay.
Rest assured it will never come at any cost to our shipping schedule, shipping
will not be delayed. On top this, a full guide will be released before shipment
regarding how to use the miner both with the WebGUI as well as without it,
including using it standalone with ethernet, controlling, monitoring
information, cgminer etc. We will not leave you out in the cold without any
guides!
Lastly, there has been some concern regarding the payment because the due date
is approaching. We want to reassure all of our valued customer that in the
light of waiting for a new payment processor to be ready for implementation: we
will automatically grant a 2 week extension on the final payment. As such,
please rest assured you will have a fair amount of time and no risks in terms
of due dates being exceeded, should the payment processor not be ready in time
to match the due date.
